Doctorate Description: Human factors is the study of applied psychology, that is heavily based in cognitive psychology, as well as engineering. The goal of HF is to design and refine systems that optimize human performance in a given context.
My expertise is human error and decision making with emphasis on the study of expertise. It is applied to all kinds of management but particularly useful for clinical quality management.
