Doctorate Title: The complication in medical transports of patients with acute coronary syndrome transported by a specialist and a basic emergency medical team.
Doctorate Description: The study consisted of a retrospective analysis of medical records of patients transported by a basic and a specialist EMT from a hospital without a coronary intervention centre to a hospital that owned it. Patient's data was established according to: age, gender, type of EMT which transport patient , haemodynamic parameters: blood pressure, hearth rhythm, pulse oximetry saturation, transport treatment , the occurrence of complications during transport, the patient survival until being admitted to the hospital. Based on data from the Ministry of The Interior and Administration of the Republic of Poland, survival time and 30-days and long-term mortality were determined. Statistical analysis was conducted to compare demographic, clinical, complications occurrence and medical procedures.
