Doctorate Title: Developing a theoretical model of the postgraduate educational needs of paramedicine educators.
Doctorate Description: Educators within paramedicine include all those working across multiple clinical levels within industry and within the tertiary sector. This doctoral thesis will utilise constructivist grounded theory to understand the educational needs of educators working within paramedicine, and therefore, how a postgraduate course could support their development.
This is as much about the individual as it is the profession, however, I have a keen interest in the diversity of needs across the spectrum of education: from volunteer to retrieval paramedics.
