Doctorate Description: Integrated Mobile HealthCare (IMHC) relatively new aspect of pre-hospital care that has the potential for positive fiscal and operational impacts on emergency medical services. This study evaluates the state of Maine's IMHC program, the first statewide IMHC program in the United States and its fiscal, operational and statistical impacts on the healthcare of the Maine populous and provides suggestions for program improvement and future research.
