Doctorate Description: This doctorate is using appreciative inquiry to develop best practice principles to support early career paramedics in the transition from clinical practice into academia. Stage 1 is the discovery stage, understanding the best of what is through literature. Stage 2 is the dream stage which will use primary data from interviews. Stage 3 is the design phase, a collaborative process to develop provocative principles. Stage 4 is the destiny stage, which is the creation of a implementation plan.
